I am a Fellow in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and I am interested in the area of abuse in the special needs population. I would specifically like to study the elements of disclosure of abuse, how, when and to whom the disabled are most likely to disclose (or how the abuse comes to light). Does anyone know if there is currently any work being done in this area? Thanks, Gina Jansheski
