RE: BSW credentials in child welfare

My question on quality employees was incomplete. I meant to ask, can anyone
direct me to research demonstrating that a worker with a BSW, MSW or
specialized Human Service courses is the better quality employee for a
position in public child welfare. This would be in contrast to a
non-specified BA outside of human services. Gail
