Roland Summit presented that information when giving talks back in the early 90s, so would likely know what's been written up, and perhaps authored it.

I am looking for an article which I read a number of years ago which
asserted that in the McMartin day care center, tunnels were found when
the building was razed, full of Disney toys and so on, seeming to add
credibility to some of the children's more "fantastic" accusations. I
would appreciate the reference--cannot find it anywhere.
