Dante Cicchetti's lab at Mt. Hope has published an extensive nosology of
classifying abuse. I would do a Psych.Info search for taxonomy or nosology and
maltreatment key words. Development and Psychopathology is currently putting
together a special issue on the definitional issues related to abuse, also
edited by Cicchetti. You could contact him for their coding manual at Mt. Hope
Family Center at U. Rochester.
