I have been made aware of a typo of some import.  I put up a link to a
file on my FTP site, where the name was spelled 'ploygraph.pdf'.  That was
neither a 'statement', nor the correct name!  The correct link to the 1983
OTA document is:

ftp://ftp.calweb.com/users/j/jmprice/polygraph.pdf

I have put up a symbolic link for my spelling error, so hopefully any
inconvemience is minimized.  If anyone has difficulty with links, and can
handle a 1.1 megabyte file as an attachment, I will be happy to forward
this.  It should also be available from the NTIS site.

My apologies for any inconvenience.
