  have been asked by a local detective about publications regarding the 
  <BR>phenomenon of child sexual abuse victims changing (increasing) the amount 
  of <BR>abuse they disclose after the initial (lesser) disclosures. There is a 
  local <BR>court case that he is anticipating a defense attorney attempting to 
  discredit <BR>an adolescent males' disclosures because at the initial 
  disclosure to law <BR>enforcement was significantly less detailed than 
  subsequent interviews <BR>generated. <BR><BR>Clinically and anecdotally I am 
  not surprised that a victim would become more <BR>comfortable with discussing 
  issues, but cannot recall a peer reviewed or <BR>emperically evaluated 
  publication on the topic. <BR><BR>Any help would be appreciated.
