RE: closing abuse investigations



Hi Caroline,

Just to piggy-back on Isabel's message, the last article she is referring 
to will appear in part 2 of a 2 part series on risk assessment in child 
welfare.  Part 1 will come out later this month and part 2 will come out in 
Jan. or Feb.  The issue will also include another article that may be of 
interest by Diane DePanfilis and Susan Zuravin entitled "Assessing Risk to 
Determine the Need for Services."

You may also want to check out some of the work done by Diana English and 
Brett Drake.
