Evidence-based programs for prevention

I am wondering if anyone is aware of strong research evidence for the
efficacy of Healthy Start as a child abuse and neglect prevention program.
I am aware of the Olds model and its evidence base, but am looking for
additional models as well. The Incredible Years is one for preschool and
early school-age child families, but are there others?
