Protective Service Plans/Outcomes

We are working with our state child
protective system to try to develop a service
plan philosophy and apprroach which reflects
family-centered,
strengths-based practice. At the same time we
want to also capture the emphasis on
safety, permanence and well-being important
for careful work as well as the ASFA federal
intiiatives.

Are you aware of any states who are doing this
well? Can you recommend useful indicators of
child and family well-being that are easily
transportable to the daily work of busy
family/child welfare staff and supervisors?

Many thanks,
