Check out the chapter on Lesbians and sexual abuse by Maryellen Butke in a book
I edited
Fontes, L. (1995). Sexual abuse in nine north American cultures: Treatment and
Prevention. Newbury Park: Sage.

The chapter has a lot to offer, and she also sites many unpublished
dissertations and masters theses.
In the same book there is also a chapter on Gay Men and sexual abuse which has
many relevant concepts at well (e.g. on the interactions between the coming out
process and sexual abuse.

The fiction book, WOmen of Brewster Place, by Gloria Naylor, with its chapter
including the gang rape of a lesbian character, is a heartwrenching and graphic
work--beautifully written. Perhaps this could be of some use to you, too.
