Termination of parental rights

Thanks to everyone who provided suggestions for where to find this
information.  Some of the Web sites you suggested were wonderful resources
for these statistics and much more.  And I apologize if in my original
inquiry I overstated the situation when I referred to "reunification of
families at all cost" as the previous goal of the Federal mandate.  That was
the way it was perceived by at least some caseworkers and I was echoing what
I had heard from them.
