looking for the most suitable journal

I'm writing an article reporting a recent research on sexual abuse in
adolescence. We carried out in Italy a qualitative study, interviewing
36 youngsters who had experienced sexual abuse. The focus of the artice
is on the subjective experience of the adolescents, giving the most
attention to their point of view, exploring their fears, their main
needs and the reasons why they did (or did not) go to social-health
services to ask for help. I'd like tu submit the article for publication
to an international journal and be very grateful to anyone who can
suggest a suitable journal. I was considering "Social Science &
Medicine" and excluding "Child Abuse & Neglect' (it is my impression
that this last journal is most focused on epidemiological and
quantitative research), but any other suggestion would be welcome.
