You might want to try Children's Research Center 
http://www.nccd-crc.org/crcindex.htm

They've done work with vignettes related to risk assessment 
instruments.  Also, you might want to look at Rossi, Schuerman, and Budde's 
report using vignettes to assess choice of level of service provision by 
social workers.
