Sarah, you might look at the vignettes used by Peter Rossi, John Schuerman,
and Stephen Budde in their study of case decisions in child welfare. Their
report on this study is in the January 2000 issue of Evaluation Review.
More info and actual vignettes are probably available from the Chapin Hall
Center for Children.
