I have been trying to find a relatively short, yet reliable, questionnaire to 
measure the level of risk-taking and/or sensation-seeking in individuals that 
have experienced varying degrees of trauma and/or exposure to community 
violence.  Any suggestions or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
