I am working with the local child welfare agency to help them explore 
the issue of retention and attrition of their workers.  We would like to 
do a survey.  I am looking for survey instruments that other 
researchers might be willing to share.  I have tried other avenues to 
obtain such instruments without success.  I'm hoping someone on the 
list can help.  Thanks.
