RE: Measures for Child Welfare Workers



I do a good deal of training for a couple of California's Child Welfare
Training Academies and would be quite interested in such a forum. Transfer
of Learning and how to measure it is a big issue that isn't being addressed
much at all, at least by my Academies and the agencies we train.

This competency assessment and effectivenss of training concern, is such a
big issue I think we could consider a specific discussion/ on-line forum of
