Hello.  I am looking for tools to use with child welfare workers before
and after on-the-job training is provided in a one-on-one or group
setting.  The trainings address skills in interviewing, communication,
organization, assessment, etc.  We would use these tools to measure
progress made after the training.  The training would be
provided to workers who have already had their new-worker training, and
need further training in specific areas.

Any ideas?
