Postdoctoral Research Fellowship
LONGSCAN (LONGitudinal Studies of Child Abuse and Neglect) Coordinating
Center & UNC Dept. of Social Medicine & UNC Injury Prevention Research
Centerin conjunction with the Dept. of Biostatistics Collaborative
Studies Coordinating Center
A one-year full-time (with the possibility of an extension to two years)
post-graduate research position at the Coordinating Center of LONGSCAN -
a multisite consortium of studies in child abuse and neglect - will be
available September 1, 2000.
Primary duties will include collaboration and development of cross-site
study measurement batteries, compilation of reliability and validity
data,analysis of existing data sets as part of a multisiteal team of
investigators, preparing draft manuscripts, as well as the opportunity
topursue one's own research interests using LONGSCAN data.
Annual salary is approximately $33,000.
