Medical Director

Milwaukee: Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Medical College of
Wisconsin seek a Medical Director for the Child Protection Center (CPC).
The CPC is a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary clinic where children who
are suspected victims of abuse or neglect receive a comprehensive evaluation
in a child-friendly atmosphere.  The Center, which includes a Foster Care
Program, has been in operation for over 8 years and cares for approximately
3,000 clients per year.  Medical Director duties include overseeing the
medical component of the CPC, performing medical evaluations at the clinic
and at the hospital as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaboration with
community agencies, research and publication.  Candidates must be BC/BE in
pediatrics and have training and experience in the field of Child Abuse and
Neglect.  The Medical Director will hold an administrative position in the
hospital and a full-time faculty position at the Medical College.  Salary
and faculty rank will be commensurate with training and experience.
