Colleagues:

I'm seeking references to the following:

non-incarcerating residential placement options for adolescent boys and
girls with developmental disabilities (FAS, various organicity-related
conditions, etc.) who have demonstrated sexually problematic behaviors
(typically as perpetrator).  

Any ideas or help (references, facilities, knowledgeable persons, relevant
organizations) would be appreciated.
