I did not respond to your first post because I thought you were looking for
an instrument that is commonly used in the school setting to identify
children who are abused.  I am not aware that any on-going screening using
instruments or check-lists is conducted for the total population in
elementary and middle schools.  (Actually, I am pretty sure that it does
NOT happen.)
