Need info on Civil Riights Attorney & PAS Cases

am not able to get the figures from a study, at least I will be able to say,

What is PAS? If you are referring to Parent Alienation Syndrome, please
be advised that there is virtually no evidence that this is truly a
Syndrome. It is a description, or theoretical construct popularized by
Gardner but by presenting it as a syndrome it suggests evidence that is simply

I am in urgent need of peer-review studies that state that it is
psychologically harmful to a child to re-unite them with an abusive parent
or parents.
If you have any information, it would be very helpful. If you have any web
links that can take me to the studies that would be even more helpful. I
need this info yesterday!
