On going ruteen screening programs

Dear all,

As part of my Phd  research , I am looking for information on on going
routine screening program for child abuse and neglect - mostly that are
carried out in the educational system (such as kindergartens, primary
schools etc.).

I underline the routine since there are lots of "projects" that starts
and ends with no continuation .

If possible, I  would also like  to know  haw the programs are financed
and mainly - haw these programs are carried out.
