request for info on after hours crisis services

Greetings,

I'm posting this request for information on behalf of Julie Sinclair, a
colleague working with child protection services in New South Wales
(Aust). 

Julie is currently involved in a review of NSW child protection
services' after hours crisis
intervention/call out system and wants information on the services being
provided by other statutory child protection services (not just in
Australia) - and also on how they organise their human resources to meet
after hours needs.
