    A "reaction" would be, and how might that parallel the sanctions awarded
in the "Hill Post Office Debacle" where no one went to jail,lost their jobs
and/or stood in front of a jury of their peers? A response might entail
referring this esteemed member of government or one of his "aides" to one of
several sites that specifically address issues involving sexual offenders,
including treatment, diagnosis, assessment, etc.., etc.. There are also
several studies I could share  that clearly make the point that longer terms
of incarceration are ineffective, alternative programs that are
rehabilitative in nature, are generally more productive as regards their
impact on recidivism.
