Dear List Members, I have read the postings for a while but this is
my first request for information. I recall a series of postings about
child welfare contributing to the overrepresentation of african american youth
in the juvenile justice system. There was some debate about the accuracy
of this claim. Are there any publication on this
specific topic? If not, how would someone go about answering this
question.
