re: Safety Permanence and Well-Being
While all States are to be congratulated and encouraged to pursue development
of a wide range of measures, do not forget the Federal outcomes and measures
that are being incorporated into the Annual Report and Child and Family
Service Review processes.
Check the CB web site, scroll down under "Previous Items" and find the
outcome announcement, programming logic, and various pieces on the Child and
Family Service Review related to the outcomes of safety, permanence and
well-being.

From: "Peter Lyons" <SWOPXL@langate.gsu.edu>, on 2/29/00 1:55 PM:
As part of a process to improve child protection/welfare in Georgia, I have
been asked to solicit examples from other states of any bench marks being
used by CPS to measure "safety, permanence and well-being". If anybody on the
list has infomation, ideas, examples, suggestions, or maybe just possibly,
research they can respond to me directly <lyonsp@gsu.edu> or through the list.
Thanks
