distinction is being made between rapport and a relationship that may influence 
the child to answerr in a certain way because of the &quot;positive 
connection&quot; they have made. I think this is a police belief and the 
evidence collection is very influenced by the police &quot;criminal 
investigation&quot; processes.</FONT></DIV>
