In North Carolina the FGC Evaluation is being done by  Joan Pennel at NC State University
(pennell@unity.ncsu.edu)  and Marie Weil at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
(moweil@email.unc.edu).  Dr. Pennell has also evaluated FGC in Canada.
