Prevalence of Physical Abuse and Neglect

I have been able to locate estimates of the prevalence of a history of 
child sexual abuse in the U.S. population, but have not been able to 
locate parallel information regarding physical abuse and neglect.  I'm 
specifically interested in the cumulative incidence of abuse over the 
period of childhood for physical abuse and neglect.  I'd appreciate 
any suggestions on sources for this information.
