The November/December, 1999 issue of Child Welfare contains an article 
comparing a research-based risk assessment instrument (in fact, it is the one 
Mary McKendrick offered to send you), and two consensus tools in terms of 
reliability. If you do contact NCCD (nccd-crc.org ) you can also ask for the 
comparative validity portion of the study which is in internal report form 
and is currently being prepared for publication.
