Pennsylvania has a centralized line called ChildLine: 1-800-932-0313.
Reporters can go to their local Child Protective Service units (county
level), but these contacts lead to a call to ChildLine or a form being
sent from the county unit to the central repository. Not being a child
welfare professional, I am not certain of the details, biut perhaps
someone else on the listserve is more knowledgeable.
