I have an old copy of the test which lists the publishers as Counselor Recordings and Tests, Box 6184 Acklen Station, Nashville, TN 37212. Hope this helps.

Can someone help me locate the Piers-Harris Children's Self Concept Scale?
I can find articles that refer to it, but the journal with the original
publication and/or other sources of getting a look at the actual instrument
are eluding me.
