Position Announcement



The Department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of
Missouri - Columbia has an opening for an assistant professor, tenure-track
faculty member in Child Development, with an emphasis in Child Health. This
newly-established, 9-month position begins in the 2000-2001 academic year.
Duties include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses; conducting an
active program of research; advising undergraduate, master's, and doctoral
students; and participating in university and community service. Applicants
should have academic training in child development or a related field, with
an emphasis in child health. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications
