Inter disciplinary protocols

Dear Colleagues

The state of Georgia plans to enhance its current system of inter-disciplinary protocols/working agreements (with law enforcement agencies, police, DA 's office, medical examiner etc.). Does anybody on the list have examples of effective and useful joint working agreements, specifying, roles, tasks, boundaries, communication, implementation and so on.

We are particularly interested in models that have been evaluated for effectiveness, as well as any literature on the topic. Included in the Georgia protocols will be information on investigation of child maltreatment related fatalities and investigations into abuse in foster homes. Any references and/or contacts would be welcome.

Please feel free to reply to the list, or to contact me directly.

Thank you.
