Is anybody aware of a source for data on what percentage of
paroled child abusers (not just sex-offenders) are reunified with
families where children are present? (This, of course, assumes that the
paroled offender is a family member.)

If so, any idea of what percentage of those have any sort of CPS
intervention or involvement, post-reunification.

Does anyone know of any CPS jurisdictions that are notified of
such parolee releases and reunifications, AND the CPS begin monitoring
the family right away. (As opposed to waiting for a new suspected-abuse
referral.) (Again, I'm aware that several states have mandatory
notification for sex-offender parolees, but I'm interested in other
child abusers.)
