PTSD and Childhood abuse

My colleagues and I are working on a meta-analysis of studies of PTSD
and child physical and sexual abuse.  We have exhausted our resources
for journal articles, and now we are looking for unpublished data, such
as presentation papers, file drawer studies, manuscripts, technical
reports, etc.  If anyone knows of any relevant studies, we would greatly
appreciate the assistance.
