In addition to the wonderful, and insightful reference
to the National Clearinghouse, check-out the Third
National Incidence Study (i.e., NIS-3).  Some of the
information will overlap, but because the two
publications utilize different sources for information
you may find NIS-3 useful.  Good luck.
