Goal Attainment Scaling

I evaluate 3 programs in FL aimed at preventing child abuse and neglect
(Healthy Families Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties).&nbsp; We are
looking for additional measures of client progress, and want to implement
<B><U>goal attainment scaling</U></B> (GAS), measuring the attainment of
goals that parents create for their Family Support Plans (FSPs).&nbsp;
We want to ask both parents and paraprofessionals to rate the attainment
of goals,</LI>

I am looking for others who have had success with this methodology with
therapeutic clients or those involved in other home visiting programs.&nbsp;
I am specifically interested in the "nitty gritty" of field based recordkeeping,
recording of ratings of goals, schedules for reappraisal and rewriting
goals, and training in goal setting for professionals, paraprofessionals
and parents.&nbsp; I would appreciate referrals to specific references
or websites, plus just the gossip about what works and what doesn't.</LI>
