Agreed!

The Safer Society's "STOP IT NOW!" campaign is working quite well in many
communities.  This campaign is designed to encourage sex offenders to turn
themselves in and get help rather than continue the abusive behaviors.

Treatment programs that take a community managment, polygraph verified
approach to treating sex offenders are working quite well with remarkably
low recidivism rates.

We are beginning to be able to stop some sex offenders as well as predict
whether they continue to be at risk.  But, the problem of determining who
will commit sexual offense prior to any offense history is fraught with
problems.
