worker focus in assessment and decisions

A couple of weeks ago, I asked the list for any research on worker's child
protection focus and family preservation focus. I got a couple of replies
but no measures.

Consequently, I am asking some CP workers locally the following questions
in order to get a handle on these concepts and how one might identify
individual differences across workers in their focus.

Then I got the idea that people on the list may well have opinions and
experience and that it would be useful to ask them the questions too.

>From the replies I hope to develop a questionnaire to use in our research.
I will also develop a web based version of the questionnaire so that
members of the list can respond to it. (but that is some way off yet).

I would appreciate it if you could answer the questions below and make your
replies to me.

thanks a lot for you time
Len
