Pyschological effects on children who watch only adult sexual intercourses

I'm looking for information on psychological and behavioral effects in the
case of children who have been very frequently exposed to - and witnessed -
adult sexual intercourses (as both actual sexual acts and pornographic
movies), even violent, without participating to them. I'm also interested
in knowing how such cases are dealt in US (and other non-european
countries) courts, if they are treated as "sexual abuse" or something else.
