hostility between CPS workers and their clients
Dorinda,
Sounds like an interesting and potentially useful project.
I am not very familiar with the literature in this area. However, I would
suggest that this study conceive of the "walls" as being built from both
sides: CPS and Client.
Good luck with this important work.
