Kosovo postings

The posting's on Kosova are not only "off-topic" but little short of
propaganda.  There has been no constructive discussion about the effects of
children because of such traumatic events, or how support/recovery services
might be best implemented. Many of us work with children and young people
who are survivors of war zones.  Issues effecting them would be a
legitimate avenue of research and discussion on the list.  Moreover, the
war in Yugoslavia is hardly the only major war effecting children at
present.  Does Kosava only merit a mention because the victims are
Caucasian!
