What would be helpful is to know the addresses of parties in the conflict who
might actually be swayed by public opinion, so we could target a letter or
response,  Who is standing for, and helping, the children in Kosovo?  HOw can we
a) protest and b) offer clinical assistance or advice? Who is counseling the
victims of rape, both male and female?
