measures on trust and perceived confidence

Hello all,

I am a doctoral student at the California School of Professional
Psychology who is attempting to research the effects of  mandated
reporting on the therapeutic relationship from the client's perspective.
I was wondering if anybody out there knows of any measures that would be
useful for including in my semi-structured interview.  I want measures
which can get at the amount of trust and empathy perceived in the
therapeutic relationship[by the client] as well as a measure where the
client could rate the degree of security and confidence felt in the
therapy.  I am already aware of working alliance measures but would like
to look more specifically at these dimensions.  Thank you for any input,
it is greatly appreciated.
