The National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information
distributes a free bulletin entitled Prevention Pays:  The Costs of Not
Preventing Child Abuse and Neglect.   This bulletin includes the
cost-benefit analyses from four key studies in Elmira, New York; Michigan;
Colorado; and Allegheny County, PA.  References are included.  Please
contact the Clearinghouse for a copy.

current titles dealing with cost effectiveness and prevention.  Please visit
