You might try the Miami Dade Medical Examiners office. They offer a 4-day
death investigation course for forensic nurses, medical examiners, detectives,
attorneys-anyone involved in the investigation and legal determination of
death. They could probably refer you to other resources as well. Also, I
believe the Kempe Center in Denver (?) is now offerring forensic pediatric
courses. I belong to the International Association of Forensic Nurses, and
can look a little further for resources for you-contact me privately if
interested.
