Assumed Properties of CSA ? Query?

Can anyone help, I am looking to follow up a citation to a paper "An 
Examination of Assumed Properties of Child Sexual Abuse Based on 
Nonclinical Samples."
I think this paper was presented to a meeting sponsored by the Paulus 
Kerk,  at Rotterdam, Holland on the 18th of December 1998

Does anyone know anything about this conference? Or any papers that may 
have emerged from it? (actually what's the Paulus Kerk!)
